Holiday house Macko's - Martinske Hole    | | To our customers we offer a nice and pleasant housing for a maximum of 10 people. We are located in a beautiful and quiet environment of the wood-park near a road leading to the Martinske Hole Mountains, at the end of the village Kolonia Hviezda. Right behind our fence, there is a forest and above us, the remains of an old Celtic encampment rise from the ground. All this is a part of the Mala Fatra Mountains. Opposite of it, you can see the Velka Fatra Mountains. Both of these mountain chains are very beautiful and in summer the nature offers the eye of a visitor a wide range of unforgettable experiences. In winter Martinske Hole Mountains offer excellent conditions for skiing. The ski-park at Martinske Hole consists of 6 ski lifts and one chair lift and a total of 11 km of adjusted ski-tracks. In winter, please do not forget to mount chains onto the tires of your car. We are looking forward to your visit.
On the ground floor of the house, there's a completely equipped kitchen with a spacious eating-edge, a living room with cable TV and a fireplace and a bathroom. On the attic, there are two rooms with four beds each (with a possibility of adding a side-bed), an alone-standing WC, shower, and a roomy balcony. The roofed summer terrace is equipped with garden furniture. The housing is ideal for two families with children or for one larger group consisting of 8 to 10 people.
The house was completed in the beginning of the year 2003. It's made of high-quality materials. In the inside, wood prevails. The object is equipped with massive wooden furniture in countryside style. The house with its garden covers in total 1800 m2 and offers the customer enough privacy. The fence is made of wood with two entry-gates. The park-place can be locked. Your pets are most welcome.
For little children we have a baby-bed, a small bath, a highchair, toys and books prepared. For the bigger ones, outside there's a playground with various ladders and a sand-place.
Martinské Hole Mountains have excellent snow conditions. There are 6 ski lifts and one chair-lift in order here. For downhill skiing, there is a total of 11 km of adjusted ski-tracks available. The 7 ski-tracks vary in the length from 800 to 4500 meters. The tip of the mountains lies in the altitude of 1440 meters.
